Data services

We find the gap between what stayed in Excel and Maximo, and bring it back into Maximo with you, working with MX Stage. The AI matches and proposes fixes; every change is checked in a diff report before it is committed.

01 · Read only

Data health check

We load your Excel and Maximo data and report the gaps and problems, their counts and how to fix them. Nothing is written to Maximo.

Typical length: 1–2 weeks

You get counts and examples for each problem, what a rule can fix and what needs a person's judgement, and a proposed scope and steps for the cleanup.

02 · Rehearse, then commit

Data cleanup

We rehearse the fixes in a test environment, check the diff, then commit to production. The steps are kept so you can repeat them.

Typical length: 2–6 weeks (depends on the data)
Writes: Only changes a person has checked and approved
Environment: Rehearsal in test → production
Deliverables: Diff report (Excel), write log, Skill, results report

You want the records in daily reports and Excel logs back on the work orders and assets in Maximo
Every migration rehearsal needs the same manual fixes
You want to fix specifications, tags, classifications or failure codes in bulk

The steps are kept as a Skill (a procedure the AI follows), so you can repeat the same fix at the next rehearsal or at go-live.

Where we work, and how your data is handled, is agreed in the contract

Either way, only changes checked and approved in a diff are written to Maximo.

In your environment

MX Stage runs on your PC with the AI assistant your company already uses. We work with you over screen sharing, so your data does not leave your company.

In our environment

Under a confidentiality agreement, we work on our PC with our AI assistant. The data we hold, how it is stored and when it is deleted are set in the contract.

Scope

What you need

IBM Maximo or Maximo Application Suite (Manage) with the JSON API (/maximo/api) and an API key
A Windows PC to work on, and an AI assistant (Claude Desktop, ChatGPT desktop, IBM Bob and so on)
Committing to production needs an MX Stage production license for that environment; it can be included in the quote.
We currently work on Maximo environments in Japan.

Each engagement is quoted on its scope and length.
Contract with us directly, or through your Maximo implementation partner.
Payment by invoice.

We work with Maximo implementation partners and consultants on their clients' migration and data cleanup projects. Typically you are the contact and the contracting party, and we do the work with MX Stage.
