Production license
For committing to a production Maximo
MX Stage is free for everything except committing to a production Maximo. You need a license only for the production environment you commit to.
What the license covers
- Committing (create, change, delete) to one production Maximo environment, identified by the URLs in the license key (up to three URLs for the same environment).
- Any number of users and PCs in your organization, including contractors working on its behalf.
- If your Maximo moves to a new URL (for example, to Maximo Application Suite), email us and we will reissue the key for the new URL.
What counts as production
The Maximo your organization uses to record day-to-day operations, and a new environment being prepared to replace it (for example, the migration target before go-live). Development, test, training, demo and migration rehearsal environments are not production, even if they hold a copy of production data, and are free.
